EuroMold 2011

I am currently testing out a Bits From Bytes BFB 3000 3D printer at the ETH raplab and will soon post some pictures, the first tests look very promising.
BFB presents its new 3D printer, the RapMan 3.2 at EuroMold 2011 in Frankfurt, Germany. I'll be there next week to get a glimpse of state of the art 3D printing and machining for product design and form building.

Here a quote from the Bits From Bytes Blog
We’ve given the Rapman a bit of a makeover and can now reveal the latest addition to the RapMan family. It uses a brand new touchscreen user interface and for the first time uses a USB memory stick file transfer, meaning there is no need for additional SD cards anymore. Constructing the RapMan 3.2 has been made simpler too, as it is now entirely solder-free. All in all, we think it’s simpler to operate than ever before.

Starting at £795, it is still one of the most affordable 3D printers on the market and still has low  running costs, and relatively fast production time allows more freedom to experiment with your designs .

The Rapman 3.2 will be launched officially to the public at the EuroMold show in Frankfurt, Germany on November 29 - 2 December 2011, where visitors will see it in action and it will be available to buy (while stocks last). If you are attending the show, be sure to come and see us in Hall 11, stand F110.

The RapMan 3.2 3D printer is available now from our website.
